Contact our customer support team before sending your purchase back, it is essential to contact us at with your order information. Please refrain from returning the item without prior contact, as it may result in your return/exchange not being processed. After contacting us we will provide the address for you to ship your return.

Exchange eligibility: If you are experiencing any issues with the product and wish to request an exchange, please email us at with your order details and provide a thorough description of the problem encountered. Our dedicated team will guide you through troubleshooting and, if necessary, facilitate a replacement. Kindly note that availability of replacements is subject to current stock levels, and there may be potential delays in processing.

Return condition: All items must be returned in a unused, new condition. Products that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn, or missing major contents may be denied a return. Additionally, products exhibiting stains or damage resulting from use or possession will not be eligible for return or refund, as determined reasonably by us.

You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return . Restocking fees: Please note that all items, except for ZapAway, will be subject to a $15 processing fee if returned by a customer.

Specific guidelines for Sauna Blanket returns please consider the following:

  • Size & weight of package: The Boujee Body Infrared Sauna Blanket comes in a box with dimensions 20" x 20" x 20" and a total weight of 25 lbs. Please take into account the size and weight of the package before making your purchase for return postage costs. If you use the blanket we cannot accept return.
