It is the responsibility of the customer/salon/retailer to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user in relation to all Boujee Beauty products. This would include, but is not limited to, the consultation, selection of product, application of product and any advice or counsel given regarding said product.

Basically, if Boujee Beauty products are not used properly, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction. We offer online tutorials and and instructions to help our customers learn how to use our products in the most effective way possible.

Out of Stock Items. Occasionally, some of our products are out of stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be reflected on our website. In the event we run out of stock as we are pulling your order, every attempt will be made to reach you to advise you of your options. If we are unable to reach you, we will cancel that part of your order and ship everything else to you.

All stylists and consumers agree to use Boujee Beauty products at their own risk. Boujee Beauty will not be held liable for any costs associated with the use of the product, even if the product is found to be defective.

We may take legal action if necessary against any individuals or entities using Boujee Beauty's name, logos, or script taken from its websites or promotional materials.
